General Policy

Welcome to Chill Tasmania self-contained holiday accommodation. We trust that you have an enjoyable and relaxing stay with us. The maximum number of people we can accommodate is 6 (The Murray, 4 & The Wesley, 2).

Please see below for the boring, but important conditions you agree to accept when you book your stay with us.

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10.00am on the day of departure.

You will be provided with a front door access code (in the week prior to your arrival) to enable entry to the property. The code will be valid be from 2pm on your day of arrival until 10am on your day of departure. This code will be sent to your advised email address.

Payment Policy – Valid Credit/Debit Card details must provided at the time the booking is made. Payment is due 14 days prior to check-in date.

We ask that you treat Chill as you would your own home, leaving the accommodation tidy when you go.

Please use the rubbish bags provided and place them in the garbage bins located near the driveway of the property.  General waste should be placed in the red lid bin. Bottles (glass and plastic), cans, paper and cardboard are recycled and these should be placed in the green bin.

An excess cleaning fee will be charged should you choose not to observe these conditions.

We are a fully non-smoking establishment. There will be a $400 additional cleaning fee if there has been any smoking inside the property.

An additional charge will be imposed for any breakages or damage to the property.

As we are on a septic system, please don’t flush anything but toilet paper down the toilets. Any feminine hygiene products, paper towels and nappies should be placed in the outside bins.

Unfortunately we are not equipped for pets.
